I just re-watched Conundrum, and Ro and Deanna seem to get along pretty well in the scene at 10 Forward at the end.

They might have bonded over making fun of Riker

Please? Making fun of his trumpet playing alone offers hours and hours of conversation. And that's before Troi offers insights into the various complexes he has that keep him as an eternal First Officer

She openly disliked Riker, had almost no relation to Crusher or Worf at all, & didn't seem to have much affinity for Troi, apart from bonding momentarily over Will's promiscuity in Conundrum. Even Geordi only had a single experience that warmed her up to him some. She managed to butt heads with almost everybody, including O'Brien.

The crew is probably just wondering why that woman who got her dad to commit suicide is still onboard the ship.
