Aren't we in 2399 - 10 years before the launch of Enterprise-F

The Enterprise-E would be the Enterprise to see.

From what it sounds like Warf has the Enterprise-E

I would like to see Geordi come in as captain of a Galaxy Class (I'm sure there are still plenty in service). So no Enterprise-D but can easily have a Galaxy Show up (but no fan of 3rd Nacelle)

Throw away anything you know about STO. It can and will be ignored on a whim.
Yep, there is no canon E-F at all. And we can’t be 100% sure E-J is canon either. For all we know next Enterprise won’t be 1701 with a suffix at all

The Enterprise-J is canon, but it’s from an alternate future, so it will probably look different in the prime universe, if it even exists there at all.

I want to see a brand new design for the Enterprise-F and the Titan, and the N’tur’Pryz-Z in DSC season 3. :)

Canon in Prime universe. I keep forgetting to clarify my statements

If I had to guess, I’d bet that not a single Enterprise from the NCC-1701 to the 1701-I in that universe looked anything like what they’d look like in the prime universe. Since the design of the J was clearly based on the NX-01, all the other Enterprises probably share a similar lineage.

Why no entry for the Kelvinverse Ent crossing over into the Prime timeline captained by Benedict Cumberbatch as the escaped Khan who has turned the Federation into an evil empire working with the Mirror Georgiou as arranged by Q who is revealed to be the bastard offspring of Palpatine?

Only to be stopped by Flash Gordon?

It was probably invaded and hijack on his first mission as CO.
I'm hoping its the "G" because "F" is an unpleasant sounding letter. :p

But it fits right in with all the other f-bombs. Hey, maybe an F-Bomb will be the Enterprise-F’s new weapon.

Too obvious. ;)

All I ask is a ‘tall’ ship.....I hope this one has a neck. The E Is okay, but the lack of neck never sat right with me as an Enterprise. It looked more like an interim ship between the Intrepid and the Galaxy.

The F from STO is forehead-smacking ugly to me. It looks like it was designed by a gamer more than an artist. The double-neck is gimmicky but even that’s forgivable. The overall globby shape I just loathe. Apologies for the negativity, but I just don’t get how it was approved.

There have been few Enterprise designs post E that I find appealing.

I like the Odyssey class Enterprise F, mainly because it looks like an evolution of the D and E merged together.

To me it looks more like the Intrepid class and the Sovereign class mated and had an ugly baby.

In all seriousness, what I really don’t like about the Odyssey class is that it’s just not different enough than what came before it. I would like a new ship to look like something we’ve never seen before on a Starfleet vessel. Have it look vaguely organic, or do away with the warp nacelles altogether and give it some other form of propulsion.
