"Free Guy" trailer

Flying Spaghetti Monster

Vice Admiral
Admiral
For me a little Ryan Reynolds goes a long way. I loved Deadpool but there is only so much of it I can watch before it gets old.. so for the first bit of this trailer I was just like "more of the same". But then I started to realize the funny premise of this film.. it's definitely a fun idea!

Yeah, this looks like a lot of fun. It's actually a fairly original idea too, which is one of the hardest things to find these days.

Pretty much.. saw the trailer a short while ago (i see Reynolds i click) - premise is fantastic and at least in the trailer the execution is hilarious.

I'll be definitely looking forward to this, shame we'll have to wait until July.

that's why it intrigued me.. there are many movies that take the idea that this is a video game.. like Gamer.. but the notion that the main character is an NPC is pretty neat. Plus it seems like a modern update of They Live once he gets those glasses.

Definitely looks like a fun premise. Plus: Jodie Comer! And Joe Keery! And Taika Waititi! :D

When I first heard the concept back at NYCC my reaction was "sounds interesting" but it didn't really register much more of a blip on my radar. But after seeing the trailer, damn, that might actually be a fun movie. Definitely looking forward to it now.

Man as much as we like original ideas in movies.. and this certainly qualifies, i was thinking about it and realized that it might not really sustain a 2 hour runtime or 150 million of Disney dollars. Seems like a good idea for a half hour YouTube thing

Looks like fun, reminds me of Wreck It Ralph if he didn’t know he was in a game at first.

That's the very first thing that I thought of after seeing the trailer but then also a live action GTA where we are seeing from the POV of characters in the game or even Saints Row due to the amount of absurd in the trailer.

I loved the trailer, but it just feels like Ryan Reynolds plays the same character in different movies.
