They do. It can occur as random mutations.

But for someone as strong as Anakin who was off the charts, there was obviously more to it.
The Skywalker dynasty is special due to that fact.

It might even be why the jedi had there no marriage and children rule. Not only because of attachments but the problems a super powerful force wielder could bring if selectively bred.

Have to wait a few weeks and see how the film plays out before deciding one way or another.

Going back to kylo.

He is likely stronger dealing with non force sensitives as he has more confidence knowing he has power over them. That confidence is why he can pull
Off the blaster bolt trick. Its also why he bullies his underlings as he knows they are the only people he truly has power over.

When it comes to other force users I think he falls apart, his insecurities and self doubt overpower him, limiting his abilities in the force.

I hope IX continues showing him as the pathetic creature that he is. It good to see a villain that's such a insecure pathetic incel as they are the true villains in real life.

I guess society is going back to hating on "losers"...

Sorry it might of come off as abrasive.

What I mean is that some one in starwars has gotta be a bad guy and hated. It kinda comes with the franchise.
That doesn't track from the hating incels comment...thus far I can safely say that this has gone completely confusing.

Also, as Yoda would say "Fear leads to anger. Anger lead to hate. Hate leads to suffering." I don't feel the need to hate the bad guy. I pity them.

I do not pity Vader. I'm just fucking terrified of him.

Take your Stockholm Syndrome elsewhere.

Wow. The wolves are out today.

Lol, nah, I'm just being playful given I'm just as confused as you are.

Good rule of thumb, if you have nothing intelligent to offer say something funny instead and hope people can't tell the difference.

If you can't wow them with your wisdom...baffle them with your, something else.
