I liked the Short Trek, but as I said, it was odd. I don't see any logical reason for Una to behave as she did. At times, Spock looked downright uncomfortable around her.
And Star Trek Generations. The computer is voiced by Jenette Goldstein https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001280/ from Aliens, T2, Titanic etc.
This is what, a year or so before The Cage? In The Cage, Spock was smiling at vibrating plants and screaming when THE WOMEN disappeared from the transporter room. If someone told me a year before that Spock was laughing while singing Modern Major General, I'd have no problem believing that. Why don’t modern producers get Spock? Abraham’s didn’t get him and neither do the discovery writers, Spock singing? Feeling envy? Number one singing sorry cute but I don’t buy it. The problem with discovery and all the short Treks are that they are fluff there’s no weight to them
Of course it fits. The turboshaft is bigger on the inside. There is precedent for such objects in Trek. Also I love the Enterprise Turbolift Funhouse™. There's no way that fits anywhere inside
Perhaps it was Spock's experiences with the Red Angel that got him to abandon this kind of overt emotionalism.
Except that he didn't abandon it.
And how is anything presented in the episode antithetical to that?
What's up with the new short treks in europe? When and where will they be released? Netflix or Amazon?
