Listening to music and feeling grateful that tetchy gut has finally settled down again. Big culprit is two courses of really strong antibiotics I had to take when I had pneumonia earlier this year. It takes a long time to get back in balance after stuff like that. I'm determined, though.

Plenty... Oh you mean the "psychic" thing, not that I know of but I sort of tuned that out after a while. So maybe she did.
