Theory: Picard and Seven were or still are in a romantic relationship??

I actually brought this up in the "Who's the girl?" thread before it got derailed with Summer Glau and Firefly. My theory was that Picard and Seven ended up having a brief fling when Voyager returned home. Seven dumped Chakotay, then went to Picard for advice on reintegrating her humanity after being assimilated (she did seem flirty with Picard when she was at his place in the trailer). You have to admit, an offspring by Locutus and the Borg Queen's favorite drone, Seven, would be of great interest to the Borg Collective 
This thread pleases me. I was expecting a lot more chauvinism and filth. Keep doing what you're doing, male Trek fans.
Why? Shipping in fandom seems to be more of a female phenomenon.

My feeling is that Seven is a kind of leader/role model for the band of former Borg, alongside Hugh, who all still kind of hang out in their Borg cube which has become a rehab centre because they're still not quite totally human, while not being Borg, so they are basically like refugees without a home or any purpose. Picard (as formerly Locutus) has probably been involved with them too in some kind of capacity in the past, possibly he even had another breakdown and spent time in the facility alongside a post-Voyager Seven, and the girl with the super powers is probably one of them.
That's the second time I've seen somebody assert that the location was his place. But she's saying, "What the hell are you doing out here, Picard? Saving the galaxy?" Seems like he's visiting her, somewhere.

The cast interview that came out recently featuring both of them suggests they are fairly integral to the plot. So I think these questions will be answered. I do like the idea of doing a deep-dive into the realm of liberated Borg.
We also know from the backstory that Pciard was sent on a special mission by Starfleet prior to his retirement, possibly Seven was involved?
The other member of that club, Hugh, is in the show too.

Pretty sure that part of the trailer was just meant to say, "It's Seven! She's in it, too!" Not "They're lovers!" Same for Data and Picard.
Data and Picard are much more likely what with all the years they spent together..
She calls him Picard like they're acquaintances. Perhaps the Borg attacked the Federation some time after 2379 and Picard and Seven were at the forefront of stopping them.
Lol, I know there is a whole sub-genre of Trek fanfic where everyone has definitely hooked up with everyone else, but this is definitely not the case for canon outside one or two exceptions (like Troi and Riker, but those two have been on and off for like 20 years before getting married)
I assumed it was his place because he's pouring himself a drink, seemingly alone. I suppose he could be somewhere else, but wouldn't etiquette demand he ask permission before helping himself to some scotch (or whatever)?
