I figured on The Good Place having a set number of seasons to go since you can only push the premise so far although I expected it to end at 5 seasons, maybe 7 if they pushed it.
I was expecting 5 seasons. I swear someone here once said the creators had a 7 year plan but that was super pushing it. Season 3 was a lot weaker than 1-2, but still awesome.
L.A.'s Finest, the overpriced and underwhelming cop show that only Spectrum viewers get, has been.... renewed.
I thought that wouldn't last to be honest. That said, I believe it's due to air next month here and whichever channel it's on has been advertising it a lot.
Netflix's Russian Doll is getting a second season. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/netflixs-russian-doll-renewed-season-2-1188443
It's an Indiana Jones, Natural Treasure, Da Vinci Code type of show, with actual filming in Europe. Tongue and cheek, kind of cheesy, but self aware as they mention things like Indiana Jones. Basically your typical family friendly show that involves Nazis and terrorists.
This one feels a little better written than Salvation, although I didn't hate that one either. Either way, enjoying it enough as light summer fare, so glad to see it getting a second round.
