Surely something good happened to you today

Got new tires for my Veloster Turbo, rides so much better now that the stock hockey pucks are off the rims...Also converted all the interior lighting to LED....looks much better as well..now for the headlights..

one of my sandals started to come apart (eternal thanks to George McGill, the inventor of the paper staple, who saved me fom having to run around barefoot now). Now I have an alibi for buing a new pair =)

I believe Nutella is part hazelnut part chocolate, but I haven't tasted it for decades so maybe I am misremembering.

^don't try it again. They changed the recipe. The new one has far less hazelnuts and far more fat. Lots of customers have protested against the changes but the manufacturer is merciless.

My neighbor went fishing and caught... a shoe. It's a mystery as the shoe didn't seem worn out at all, almost new, in fact. Made us wonder what happened. Any idea?
Perhaps there was a flood and the shoe was swept away? Or someone stumbled on a bridge and lost the shoe. Or some moron threw the shoe into the water to anger its owner. Or someone might have drowned, but we'd rather consider that a merely theoretical possibility. Just as well a shoe transporting van might have had an accident.

Good thing today: I found a 4 leaf clover =)

thanks :) I find them all the time; my personal record is 15 in one summer. It's really just a matter of pattern recognition: the ones that form a square stand out amongst those who form a triangle. I suppose it comes with the job - one habitually notices tiny differences when working with insects.

My grandmother couldn't walk past a patch of clover without looking around for a 4 leafed one - and she usually found one.

Do you keep them all? If so, how many do you have?
