I don't know anything about this character (or even what Legends is, really), but this was too cute not to vote for!

Beebo is a talking stuff plush toy in at least two universes in the Arrowverse's multiverse. In the first appearance of a Beebo toy one is accidentally sent back to 1000AD, where it is discovered by group of Vikings who worship him as a god. After that Beebos became kind of a running gag, just randomly popping up ever now and then in the different series.
Legends is DC's Legends of Tomorrow, which is one of the Arrowverse DC superhero shows on The CW.
