Howling Mad Murdock, Dwight Schultz's zany character in The A-Team. Leonard Nimoy as the Great Paris in Mission: Impossible. There was a good number of actors who had guest appearances in both M:I and TOS, iirc. TJ Hooker with William Shatner. He was just as hammy as Hooker. I recall Nimoy was a guest star in an episode. Armin Shimerman as Principal Synder in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as other posters have already mentioned. Colm Meaney as a theater owner in Will, a one season series about William Shakespeare that aired a few years ago on TNT.

I was amazed watching MI for the first time time that, considering the name of the lead character and how the bodies can pile up in that show, it took till almost Nimoy's last episode for them to slip in a gag of him saying "He's dead, Jim".
Shatner, Nimoy, Doohan and Takei all appeared in The Twilight Zone(original series) Both Shatner and Nimoy(and Walter Koenig) appeared in Columbo. Nimoy's episode is a particular favorite of mine. It is one of the few episodes where Columbo get's mad at the suspect.
