Finally made the call to AAA to have my van's tire fixed. It's been flat in my driveway since October or so...

I preordered Endgame from Sky. I won’t be watching it at the cinema. Too long for my bladder and I like a beer with my MCU. The youngest boy would ruin it anyway.

Got a call from insurance company saying they had a coding mistake and overcalculated the replacement cost of my home by $150,000. So my premiums went down by almost $400.

One thing actually did today. Since the Discovery finale was last week, I figured I'd check and see what Space put in its timeslot tonight, just for curiosity's sake. Turns out it was Deep Space Nine. I saw the "previously on"... and knew I'd be sticking around for the entire hour. It's been ages since I've seen any DS9, and it was one of the arc-heavy episodes, but it was like the intervening years didn't even matter: I knew where in the story we were, and was totally immersed.

So nice to revisit some Star Trek I haven't seen in a while... and to get my mind off all the other stressors for an hour.

Yeay for you!!! It’s intoxicating isn’t it? Sometimes I just sit in my yard and enjoy the green things I’ve worked on.

I’ve got a few more shoots in the potato patch and something green in the carrot patch that looks promising. First leaf in the tomato propagater and lots of cress.

I've retrieved an old bank account in a bank I haven't used for years I had completely forgotten about. Turns out the money is not a fortune but it's far from negligible.

I was told there's a possibility I might have a bed soon. It'll be a higher-quality air mattress for now, but at least I'll have my own room (in my own house?!?), so there's that. Not looking forward to clearing that room out to put my bed in and move my computer there.

I also need to add a cat flap to my bedroom door. I'd like for it to remain closed when I'm in there but I'd like the cats to be able to come and go as they please.

Mattress has been ordered. It should be here on Tuesday.

I'll need to order a memory foam topper on Friday to protect it from my cats' razor blades.

I got to see my brother again before he left for Denver this afternoon.

I didn't get to move my new (used) couch, but it'll get done, eventually. I hope to list (and maybe even sell?) my van this week. First, I need to get license tabs.
