Should the Discovery crew still wear Starfleet uniforms next year?

Why leave the bridge crew out of it? And why limit ourselves to just Starfleet uniforms? Imagine if Detmer and Owo had a friendly contest to see who can look the snazziest until they both end up looking positively Napoleonic with insane amounts of bling on everything they wear.
They could even reprogram the nanites left behind by Leland in the spore chamber to dye their hair if they want more parallels.
Seems like they do just fine without the bling....

You know I think their is going to be some major tech stuff in the future and I can see them needing combat suits like Iron Man or Starship Troopers etc. Everyone they encounter will be way,way beyond them both in tech and knowledge of how the tech even works.

I think it should be t-shirts, combat shorts and flip-flops with dressing gowns across the board. Frayed denim jackets and Ray-Bans for landing parties.
Definitely Hawaiian shirts for (acting-) Captain Saru — a different one every week.

I had that comic as a kid. I was very confused. I really don't get what the people who made it were thinking. I remember that the comic was really weird in other ways too, though mercifully I can't recall the specifics. Except that Deanna could read Data's feelings, which was just wrong. I didn't know the words 'canon violation' then, but if I had, that's what I would have been yelling.No capes, please....
If Michael and Mama Burnham both get to wear Red Angel suits, then I see the whole crew joining in and getting their own, too. RA suits for all!

Saru does not strike me as the kind of captain who would let his crew slack off in the wardrobe department. So I find it highly likely that the DSC crew will still be wearing uniforms.
If Saru gets to be captain. Captain Burnham might have a different view on starfleet uniform code.

Tilly's putting that bff-pic of her and Michael she grabbed during the evacuation scene on a shirt, and you know it. Hell, she's making one for Michael, too.
Saru outranks Burnham. (They may technically be the same rank, but Saru has the advantage in terms of service time.)
Do you think that getting casual Fridays would be a sufficient cause for a mutiny?
