Hello. Started to register for this board and discovered I already had an account here from 2011 !

Anyway, long time reader and decided to start posting. I'm 50, from Little Rock, and have been a Star Trek fan since I was young enough to think phasers shot a stream of bullets (c. 1972 or so).

Ok, so thanks for letting me onboard, and I look forward to posting and having some great Trek discussions. Peace out.

i don't know where ime supposed to be sticking this comment, but ime sure, that someone will tell me where to stick it. it really bugs me when they drop a phaser or some other equipment and then say the enemy mustn't know that we're here and then leave the evidence laying around for other enemy to find that they were there. and when they beam out, they never recover dropped or left equipment first before beaming. and regardless of what they don't recover and take with them, there it is in the next scene, all neatly back in place ? bloody annoying. what idiot is in charge of continuity ?

    Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum but definitely not new to Star Trek.

I'm from California, 37, and married with two kids.

I grew up watching TNG and TOS reruns, TN would air at 5PM then again at 11pm and TOS at 12am.

First ST Film I saw in the theater was ST VI, which is one of my favorite films.

I'm also very into PCs and PC gaming, as well as cars.

I use TNG episodes as teaching lessons for my kids.

    Anyway, Hello!

Hi everyone! I'm new here and happily found this site trying to get away from another one and to find something to pass the time whenever I don't feel like doing anything.

I grew up on Star Trek TOS up to ENT and I frequently watch them whenever I feel like it. Besides that, I am very into gaming, writing, cars, manga, and anime! I hope to make this site a frequent choice for visiting!

    Hi,

I’m happy to see a forum with current posts.

I’ve been a fan since the official run of TOS and really love TNG and DS9.

My wife and I are watching Discovery and I have to say that it’s been really good. I’m just hoping it remains in the prime universe.

I joined just today. I have been reading the posts here for sometime and look forward to joining in on the conversation. I am a long time TOS fan and enjoyed all the follow up series and movies. I still like them for what they are but the serialized format of Discovery is my favorite by far.

greetings, i've been watching star trek since i was 6 (the original). I didn't like NG while it ran but later fell in love with it & watched series 4 times, soon DS9 became my favorite, I forced myself to watch Enterprise & by Season 4 so sad to see it end just when it was getting good, Voyager was ok & I enjoyed many characters, but I wanted them to get back to the Alpha quadrant so we could find some friends..i guess that's me being strange. Was so excited about Disco but it's not star trek (to me anyway, maybe i'll come around one day). I actually have enjoyed watching The Orville and excited the 10 part Picard based series will come out end of year (i read). Wow i usually don't type so much to say hi, i guess i really need a trekker friend So happy to be here, Haddie..live long & prosper :-)

I was a member here before, around the turn of the century, far enough in the past I don't even remember my old username! (MrStinkyPants/TheGodThing was a regular on the forum then, is he still around?)

Been watching since TOS first went into syndication on WPIX in New York back in dinosaur days. Loving DSC right now.

I nitpick all Trek with love.

One reason I left the board back in the day was one particular mod was making certain threads unbearable. I don't recall his username, either, but it doesn't seem that way now.

    Anyway, hi all!

Glad you mentioned The Orville. It wasn't what I expected from Seth Mcfarlane. He's used the genre well.

    Hello Star Trek family ;)
I'm the new redshirt (if the funny default icon is to be believed) and I'll be one that sticks around :D

I like ENTerprise and DS9 (hopefully one day fully HD remastered) as well as the 2009 and Beyond movies best, but watch(ed) all Star Trek (as well as the Orville, Stargate(s), the Expanse and...)

Attended a Star Trek Las Vegas convention once where I met many wonderful fellow fans (IDIC) and I have a tattoo partially based on a design by the Okudas with their blessing
