my favorite of the Discovery era books so far.Written by occasional TrekBBS poster Dayton Ward and features Philipa Georgiou and Gabriel Lorca Prime. Good read.

Tilly: "Brain? Whaddayoumean 'brain?' Speaking of brains, does anyone else think it's really weird that we got this grey lump of goopy stuff in our skull that we -- ourselves -- totally reside in? And why's it in our heads? It seems vulnerable there. You'd think it would be somewhere in our chest behind our ribs, like our heart. It would be better protected there. But I suppose you could have the same argument about the bridge of a starship being right there on top of the saucer section. I mean, wouldn't it make more sense to put it somewhere that has more protection?"
Stamets: "Ensign, say fewer things."

You mean NCC-1701, right? And just "Star Trek: Discovery"Huh. I completely forgot Spock is a future captain of the Enterprise as well. Right..... Duh.
Just have Picard have a thrwoaway line about a former first officer of his who drew way too many conclusions from inaccurate old holo programs in the new show and let the audience work it out if they will.I would LOVE a sequel to TATV that said that Riker's data on NX-01 adventures is incorrect and that Trip wasn't randomly killed off, and features the actual f*cking speech..... arrrrhhh...
Sorry, still too soon...

I would watch the hell out of that, and we all know it.They can do better than that.
Section 31 Leader: Wipe them out. All of them.
Leland: Yes, master.
Camera turns around to reveal the Section 31 Leader as an old Trip Tucker, played by Connor Trinneer with aged up makeup.
Except because of the 25% rule, he's now knows as "Trick" Tucker. They can do better than that.

It was a joke.Hasn't that 25% stuff been debunked already?
