Case dismissed! Discovery and Tardigrade game "not similar"

The fact that the suit is continuing and that the court awarded Abdin (no pun intended) discovery rights indicates that the court believes that there is merit in the claims being made. Will cbs lose? IDK but do know that they are in deep trouble. Admitting they plagiarized does not help them. STD is in trouble having season three scaled back to a series of short treks. The Star Trek franchise is withering on the vine if not already dead. I, as an original Trekker from 1966, regret its death. I will not mourn STD however since it is a poor effort, and a pale imitation of Star Trek that has been.

Who told you this nonsense? Do I really even need to ask?

I'm not what one would call a fan of the show, and I think you should put the Saurian Brandy down and get some fresh air.

dude... WTF ???
I too am an Original Trekkie (born:1958) and you are so full of yourself (and WRONG) that it is actually quite embarrassing.

The Judge didn't "award" Abdin anything, it's simply standard court procedure to do so.
CBS has admitted nothing of the kind.
The newest Short Treks are TWO animated ones that will be shown right after the last episode of Season Two.
Season 3 has just been confirmed.

And finally, Star Trek is only "Dead" in your mind, and I truly feel sorry for you.

(also, stop watching negative Yt Trek videos, they are only pandering to get your clicks for the money)

<why do I get the feeling that this was a hit&run>

Welp, he/she farted out two 'Orwellian-Trek' posts denigrating DISCOVERY then disappeared...

Anybody else feel the breeze?

Hi newbie, and welcome to the forum. I’d suggest starting your new membership here by doing a little research (from legitimate sources) before having your very first post here be chock-filled with BS. And this is coming from someone who isn’t a huge fan of STD either.

But he or she did a lot of research -- i.e., watched a bunch of Doomcock Youtube. And those videos must be true because you can't lie on the internet.

Yeah, no. It just means the Court is allowing the Trial to proceed UNTIL all motions under submission (such as the Motion To Dismiss) are adjudicated and ruled on.
