This contest is dedicated to all the beautiful, weird, scary, and/or funny fauna of the deep blue sea. Sharks, fishes, octopi, whales, dolphins, jellyfishes, crustaceans, and all the other creatures of the seven oceans.

Documentary media is allowed, obviously, but no fiction or artistic recreations. So, David Attenborough is okay, Spongebob Squarepants isn't. Also keep it worksafe (though I can't think of any NSFW ocean life, but I'll say it anyway), max. size is 200x200 pixels and/or 1 Mb data.

It's called a dumbo octopus, or Grimpoteuthis.
