Wonderfull non-canon Trek ships...

Thomas's last name is Marrone, not Marroni. An honest mistake for sure.
It should also be noted that while this Miranda variant was modeled by Thomas, it was designed by STO's concept artist, Hector Ortiz.
I know all this because Thomas is my boss and sits at the cube next to mine ;)

Thank you Donny! It´s good to know. :)
Marrone name corrected in the post.

DJ Curtis and Josheua Samuelson are my two favorite non-canon ship designers, in my opinion. They both know their stuff!

@Handyman, I edited your post in order to make the links to DeviantArt show up. If you want the images themselves to appear in-thread, you need to put the image URLs inside the image tags, not the URLs to the DA page.

Sorry.
I'm still learning how to navigate this blog.
Hopefully I have it figured out now?

Not quite, no. You are still copying the wrong link. Do not copy/paste the site URL from DeviantArt (the one in the bar at the top), instead copy/paste the image URL (right click on the image and “Copy Image Address”). That is the URL you need to paste into the “Add image” prompt here at the Trek BBS. Hope, this graphic helps …

Ahh.
Thank you immensely for the assistance.

Here are two of my interpretation and imagination, PAG ships based from Ships of the Star Fleet.
This is what I think these vessels should look like.

I'm working on the Akula Class.

Tha Akitsu was the first large scale 3D model I've ever made.
Having no experience in 3D modeling, I stumbled across the free versions and downloaded Daz3D and Hexagon last July 2018.
After spending about 3 months playing with the two products, Hexagon more so than Daz, I started the Akitsu.
It took me about another 6 weeks to create the version above.

The Arbiter, my second large scale project, was started during the later part of the Akitsu and took less than a week to create because my abilities with Hexagon had increased significantly but I'm still learning texturing and UV modeling so the skins were a major time drag.

Handyman, don´t get me wrong, but your ships looks to much the Akyazi and Akula that we already known.

While I appreciate your effort to learn Hexagon and Daz, your ships could fits better in your own dedicated thread to develop and promote them. ;)

I SO wish DM Phoenix did side and top views of that particular ship. It was such a fantastic upgrade to the Saber class, which I always thought was kind of an average design. Until I saw this one. :)
