Star Trek: Nemesis originally included a reference back to it, but like many of the kisses to continuity that script contained, it was removed from the final version.

Just as in ST 2009 they removed the parts that explained why Nero behaved like such a lunatic.

In any case, I'm sure any human who marries a Vulcan would know about the lifespan thing in advance. If they had a problem with it, they probably wouldn't get married.

I was speaking from the point of view of the Vulcan.

Of course, there are no problems from the human side of the equation. If I marry a woman that looks about my age when I am... say thirty. It won't inconvenience me if she looks forty when I am eighty!!! On the other hand, it could inconvenience her!

Same thing. Vulcans would surely know that a human partner would not necessarily live as long as them, and would be prepared for it.

Sarek, for example, obviously loved Amanda and surely mourned her death, but he would have known in advance that he would outlive her.

Hence the comparison with a pet. When you take a pet (e.g. a dog) you get them usually very young and you may yourself be already in the mature part of your life, yet you know that you'll see them live their entire life from a puppy to a senile (dying) old dog in only a small fraction of yours. That doesn't mean that you don't love them.

K'Ehkeyr was a good match for Worf. Jadzia wasn't bad.

The Worf Troi pairing seemed a mindless "why not?" rather than trying to do something genuinely thoughtful with that pairing.

The Troi Worf pairing seemed to end with that. There was nothing to more to say about the pairing than the mere fact that they were opposites. Particularly as the relationship was at the end of the series.

In the scene on the bridge where Worf is protesting about having to appear naked at the ceremony on Betazed, and Will and Deanna are teasing him a little, Deanna had a line that was cut where she says something like, "It's tradition Worf, as a Klingon you should understand that. And besides, I've already seen it." Cue Worf looking embarrassed, and Will grinning in that way only Will Riker can.

Yes, it was a dick joke But it did at least acknowledge the two of them had dated on the TV show, and it seems, they must have bumped uglies as well

That would have been a first. I don't remember any dick joke making it to movie theaters, in the franchise!

Besides, maybe she's seen him in wrestling competition. Klingon wrestlers fight naked.

It's a shame they didn't keep Deanna and Worf, I really liked them as a couple and I thought they really worked well together.

I personally hated that they put Deanna back with Riker, I felt like it was too forced. I didn't mind that they were a thing in general, but to make them endgame wasn't ideal for me.

I don't mind that they didn't end up together although I liked them as a couple in season 7 of TNG but I think they should have remained close friends and Deanna should have popped up on DS9, she was Alexanders godmother, why not have him live with her if the writers didn't want him on DS9? Instead of ignoring him for 2 years and then bringing him back as an adult warrior before ignoring him again. Both Deanna and Alexander could have guest starred on DS9 showing that A) Worf was still involved in his son's life and B) he hadn't forgotten his time on the Enterprise.

Well there was over a year between, both for us and in-universe. The somewhat-earlier Generations (or, if not it, yes, "The Way of the Warrior") probably should have at least addressed it in some way but Generations did (already) just suggest that it didn't work out.

What did the actors Dorn and Sirtis and anyone else say about this?

All the characters aside from Picard and Data were pretty neglected in all the films, the other actors would be right to be annoyed at that but I think, due to their personal friendship, they weren't really, just glad to have the work and continue in the roles and with their friends.

Let's not forget that according to canon, there is a reality where Deanna and Worf got married and have two kids. That definitely proves that it's at least possible.

I felt it was slap in the face. In the last TNG episode Worf's and Deanna's relationship is under a magnifying glass years in the future and suddenly he forgets her. True, it was an alternate timeline, still. Couples might get sick of each other fast, still. Worf and Jadzia together didn't feel right.

As far as I'm aware, I know that Sirtis has said that she couldn't see Troi And Worf getting together in any way. She's also apparently said that Dorn was the one who wanted that relationship to continue.
I agree with Sirtis on the Worf and Troi relationship. It just wouldn't have felt right especially as it was well established in EAF that Troi and Riker already had a pre-existing realtionship so it made perfect sense that Troi and Riker eventually got married.

Some people must have some Klingon genes in them because 1 out of 5 million men has two dicks! Which means close to a thousand people in the world with that trait.
