"Point of Light"
Surely a reference to the Story of the Promise: "And Kahless said, 'You are Klingons. You need no one but yourselves. I will go now to Sto-Vo-Kor. But I promise one day I will return.' Then Kahless pointed to a star in the sky and said, "Look for me there, on that point of light."
Alternately, Carl Sagan's comment regarding his rationale for having the Voyager probe swing its camera around to capture the famouse Pale Blue Dot photo:
"The spacecraft was a long way from home. I thought it would be a good idea, just after Saturn, to have them take one last glance homeward. From Saturn, the Earth would appear too small for Voyager to make out any detail. Our planet would be just a point of light, a lonely pixel hardly distinguishable from the other points of light Voyager would see: nearby planets, far off suns. But precisely because of the obscurity of our world thus revealed, such a picture might be worth having."
Unlikely? Yep, though the opening of Season 2 recalls exactly this sort of imagery.
"An Obol for Charon"
There's of course the I.S.S Charon. But there's also the Hellenistic tradition of burying the dead with an obol to pay the price of the ferryman, Charon, to Hades. And, notably in some tellings, from Hades back to the mortal world. I'd agree with Trekcore: this might be about Hugh.
“Saints of Imperfection”
This appears to be a common phrase rather than a specific reference? It appears to almost always be used as "Patron Saint of Imperfection." Apparently a way to say, "Guardian of the ordinary people," which makes me think this will be a Section 31 episode. I'd imagine that such a descriptor would happily be adopted by the Sloans of the world.
"Sounds of Thunder"
This one could be about time travel, but it might also simply be a story in which an act of hubris has unpredictable consequences, particularly in a butterfly-effect domino cascade.
Edited to add detail.
