Favorite 'Little' Moments Of ENTERPRISE...

I liked that the TOS/TAS/TNG/AOS "captain's oath" opening monologue was paraphrased from Zephram Cochrane's speech played at the launch of Enterprise NX-01.

 

I enjoyed T'Pols comedic turn in Engineering while she "assisted" Phlox in "Doctors Orders"
Malcolm reciting endless letters to former girlfriends in "Shuttlepod One"
Trips reaction to the disrobed T'Pol in "Harbinger"
There`s so many. . . . .

 

Dolim's all too brief look of seething rage directed at Archer before he's blown to smithereens is just too satisfying for words. And Archer's expression conveys that he is so done with this jerk.

 

The video presentation of Dr Cochrane's dedication of the Warp V Complex is remarkable in that he's got his arms folded across his chest defensively. It's as though he's still not comfortable with his role in history as foretold by LaForge and company.

 

Reeds tilt of the head and knowing nod to Archer every time he hears the words "Bring the weapons online"

[Archer gives him a stern look. Tucker looks unsure, then walks out]

Commander T'Pol: I beg your pardon?

Captain Jonathan Archer: Forget it.

From behind, Archer commands Tarah to "Drop you weapon". And the Andorian's lowered antennae rise up in synchronized alarm!

Thought I cracked a rib from laughing.

 

I love what they did with the Andorian antennae on Enterprise

I don't know if it counts as little, as it's a great moment in a great episode, but Archer's speech in Azati Prime

"There are four hundred billion stars in our galaxy. We've only explored a tiny fraction. You have a lot of work to do. Of all the Captains who will sit in this chair, I can't imagine any of them being more proud than I am right now."

 

"Zero Hour"

Shran appears on the viewer for the first time. Watch Reed's face in recognition. It ought to be a GIF...

 

Phlox's smile is both hilarious and disconcerting

Shran arrives to help. When it first aired, I went, "We love you, Shran."

I just rewatched it again. We still love you, Shran.

 

HOSHI: This goes beyond duty, Sub-Commander. You've been looking over my shoulder ever since you came on board. Double-checking my log entries, my translations.
T'POL: It's my job.
HOSHI: Is that all we're talking about? You don't think I belong on Enterprise, do you.

I liked the episode where Hoshi was obssesed in making an oriental dish and yells at the poor crewman about needing more Carrots.And Trip and Malcolm were tasting her recipe.
