Name That STAR TREK Episode...

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I'm gonna let others guess. (If I'm right, knowing something about a non-Trek non-Who doctor  would help. )

I don't know. "Donut" may refer to a cop!
Poor cops. I once asked a cop friend about that and he said that back in the days before things were open 24/7, a donut shop was usually the first place you could get a cup of coffee after being up all night.

Hmmmmmm. Maaaaaaybe.

Clue 2: An alien offers Kirk some highly sound - if a tad suggestive - advice.

This couldn't be "Return to Tomorrow", my favorite episode for obvious reasons.
1. The globes resemble the opposite of a donut, i.e. the donut holes.
2. Sargon was always blabbing on with advice, "look at me, I got a big mind, I'm so wise." He even got Kirk to give up his body, then Kirk convinced two of his best officers to give up their bodies, too. "Ooh, let me kiss my wife, again." Ack.:ack:

I'd say you have a point there but you were pretty mean to Mr. Spock, driving his body around like a Ferrari.

My guess is Shore Leave.

I like this guess. But no, my son.

Interesting! But no. I'll have to sic the samurai on you.

Clue 3: A woman (oh, definitely a woman!) holds the key.

Where we stand:

Clue 1: Someone may have had a donut in mind.
Clue 2: An alien offers Kirk some highly sound - if a tad suggestive - advice.
Clue 3: A woman (oh, definitely a woman!) holds the key.

Bumping if I may. Here's where we stand.
