It's a wonder how there are still human colonies that are literal hellholes! Perhaps Earth has a strict anti-emigration policy because I don't understand why these humans stay in these horrible colonies and don't go back to Mother Earth. (Tasha's homeworld, for example, Picard's temporary son's also...)
