Waiting for a friend in the city. She is always late so it can take a while. When she gets here we’ll go eat something and then go to the cinema.
That sucks! The trading laws over here are quite generous. Supermarkets can close at 11pm if they like to.
The line forms behind me. Unless you want to join forces, in which case it's with the understanding that once we do I am in charge.
I'm surrounded by stuff that could keep me entertain but doing nothing due to one of my atypical "meh moods". Modern life ey!
I’ve just put the kids to bed. I have a glass of wine, back pain, a tolerable headache, a bunch of washing up to do, and half an hour before the lost boys is on TV. I’m about done for the day.
We do have a few Sunday trading laws on the books, but it's stuff like auto dealerships. Even alcohol was recently approved for Sunday sales here. Many businesses close early on Sundays for lack of traffic later in the evening, but staples like grocery stores tend not to close that early, even the ones that close nightly. We also have a LOT of 24-hour gas stations (petrol stations) that are such 7-days a week.
I just finished dismantling a desk that I’m going to throw out tomorrow. The room got so much bigger!
