Daredevil season 3 Marvel/Netflix

Yup, that's exactly how I feel. 
I'm definitely surprised by this. The two cancellations so far could both have been explained without it being a pattern. This feels like a clear sign that all of them will end with the end of their respective seasons. I'm not optimistic that these shows will find a home, but I can always hope.
Damn. Daredevil's the only Marvel Netflix series I was interested in.
Well, once you hit rock bottom, there is no real reason to drag things out. If only Agents of SHIELD had learned that a few seasons ago...
(Yeah, Daredevil was probably cancelled so Disney could do the show on its streaming service, but I can still pretend that it was cancelled for the reason it should have been cancelled).
Fully expected this sentence to end with "has been renewed for a 4th season".
So sad. This show was just starting to hit it's stride. Well JJ is the last man standing, but after this, I fully expect it to be cancelled a well after the 3rd season.
Oh, I guess there is also the Punisher. But from the little I've seen of it, I can't see how they'd keep it going unless this is just a "3" season thing for Netflix.

Yeah, I felt the same way. Things were going pretty damn good. At least it ended on a largely conclusive note (aside from Bullseye).

You do realize that Seasons 1 & 3 of Daredevil (plus the initial four-part Punisher arc in Season 2) and Seasons 4+ of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are critically acclaimed, right? And that they're both usually mentioned alongside Agent Carter: Season 1, Jessica Jones: Season 1, The Flash: Season 1, Arrow: Seasons 1-2 & 5, Legends of Tomorrow: Seasons 2+, Black Lightening and Legion as the best TV series to come out of the current superhero boom?
And that Daredevil, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s last five 8-12 episode "mini-seasons" and Legends of Tomorrow are considered the most consistent of the superhero shows currently running by fans and critics? I mean, I get that you don't like them (And that's perfectly okay. Different strokes for different folks and all that), but you're clearly in the minority.
Someone needs beaten. Beaten with clubs. Repeatedly...and then kicked in the balls...over and over and over again.
The official statement does say that Daredevil will return in new projects for Marvel.
They might return, but I don't think we are going to have shows with the same ambience.
While I would have much rather seen more seasons, at least Daredevil got to end in a good place without any significant cliffhangers. Iron Fist ended with a few unresolved threads but I'm oddly fine with leaving that story there. Luke Cage, on the other hand, needs some resolution.
Disappointed by this news, but not surprised. I could have chalked up Iron Fist's cancellation to its second season just not bringing back enough viewers who were turned off by season one, but I was pretty confident that the writing was on the wall for the Netflixverse once Luke Cage was canceled, too. With Daredevil gone, The Punisher and Jessica Jones will more than likely be following suit after their upcoming seasons release.
I really hope that they'll at least retain the Daredevil cast and do some kind of soft reboot on Disney+, but there are probably contracts with Netflix that will prevent that from happening.

A movie or TV series (or season) being "critically acclaimed" doesn't mean squat to me. Either I'm going to like said production or I'm not, regardless of how any critic might feel about it.
Yes, but when you dislike something that's commonly liked you change your language to address the fact that most people you are talking to don't share your opinion. Kirk doesn't understand how to do that.
