what's your local weather?

They quack me up. We used to have a group of 7 or 8 that would travel to our house from a nearby pond to feast. One looked like he was half mallard and half Muscovy? He was a little crazy so we called him Howlin' Mad Murduck.

We get thousands of them, this time of year and again in spring, on their way from some place to another, they settle in the field across the way for the night, before assembling again in huge cackling v shaped clouds and moving on.

It was supposed to snow last night, but I see no signs of it and the ground is completely dry.

This afternoon we may get around 3-inches of snow or so...starting at rush hour.

That's the way of the world...

Today where I'm at it's slushy, dark and cold... but not nearly as cold as yesterday, thankfully!!! Ugh. I see a warmer locale far off in my future somewhere.
