Received my first XL subscription ship today, the E-B. I really like the larger look and feel of this ship compared to the regular sized edition. Lots of detailing in the paint and the nacelles look great that long with the translucent blue. Very happy I started out with this ship! I think I may enjoy this subscription as an excellent "companion" to the regular subscription.
I'm excited that V'Ger was confirmed. Question is, will it include the cloud? And will it be 2 AUs or 82 AUs?

This is probably old news for most, but I just recently received my ship posters and USS Europa.
Overall, I like the ship design, as well as the alternate U.S.S. Nimitz design displayed in the magazine itself. The ship and model certainly stand out against the Discovery, Shenzou, and Kerala. I love the design callbacks to the Miranda class, as well as placing the Bridge in the rollbar. The four nacelle criticism and the seemingly-more-advanced-than-TOS-design critique don't bother me all that much. I think it's just such a cool looking ship.
My only real gripe with this ship is with the model itself, not the ship design. While I love the model, the bleakly grey unpainted struts on the back stick out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the painted hull texture. I'm sure those of you with the Enterprise C model and lack of an impulse engine know what I am talking about.
In the end though, still one of my favorite disco models so far. I did take a peak at the posters, but I put them back in the cardboard tube until I can figure out what to do with them.

Me too. Web shop says it’s due October.
Also, people on the Facebook group report the arrival of the Reliant XL.
I've seen. I need to catch up with the XL's, I don't plan on getting Reliant though.
How come? It's probably one of the best ones they've done in the whole series (if photos online are any indication).
I've been getting interested in collecting the Eaglemoss Star Trek models lately and am just trying to figure out what is still running and what isn't. Hopefully someone here can help.
I can see ships available for preorder in the main starship collection so I assumed that was still running but I haven't been able to find anywhere to subscribe. Are these only available to buy on their own now? The Discovery line seems to be available to subscribe to so is that now the main line?

Yes thats the Discovery one I already mentioned. I was asking if the other one still runs.
Hmm, looks like the page just directs you to the shop to buy the individual releases. Could be that they've stopped taking new subs as they can't backfill the older issues? Might be worth Tweeting them.

Yeah I've just tweeted them. Depending on their social media person I don't expect a response now until Monday though.
I'll just go back to bidding on ships on ebay until I hear back. I've already won 6 this week lol.
