John Shea - Season 1 Lois & Clark - is my all time favorite. When he had decent material, he was fantastically machiavellian and best epitomised the fiercely intelligent, uber-wealthy Luthor who hid in plain sight. This thread subject has popped up several times over years and it always surprises me how underrated Shea was. I think he is often overlooked because he departed the series early and his subsequent returns were hampered by shitty storylines as the series took a nose dive.

That's a good thing, because Returns is meant to be a sequel to the Christopher Reeve film(s) involving Hackman.

To my knowledge, there have been no formal charges, but Spacey is beyond toxic and will remain as such indefinitely...

C'mon Michael Rosenbaum deserves to be on the list he played Lex for seven years, Admiral and John Shea played Lex for over 3 years.
