Mr Trump is coming! (Quick, hide)

I understand from The Mighty Jingles that you Brits have a wonderful place called a Tank Museum that hosts things like Tankfest.

I don't suppose it would be too late to arrange a tour/tank demonstration for Mr. Trump? He LOVES that sort of thing.

And it's a real shame about that Chieftain with the braking issues...

When I watch that Monty Python video above all I could think of was the Bridge of Death scene. It would be perfect for Trump as he could never correctly answer three simple questions in a row.

"Mr." denotes respect. The dotard is subhuman filth that doesn't even come close to deserving any form of respect.
Remember the TNG episode The Most Toys with the character Fajo? Yeahhhhh. If only Data were here now to 'accidentally' discharge his phaser.

After another embarrassing/psychotic performance in front of the UN, he's off to 'service' daddy Vlad & receive further instructions. He'd do well to stay over there....the way things are rapidly heading (yay!), Russia just might be his only hope at sanctuary.

That immediately reminded me of Mike Dukakis:

^^^One more self-serving voice amongst the never-ending cackle of the already overflowing cesspit that is the UK political class won't really make any difference. Lol

I am no fan of Trump by any measure. But it may be a good idea to dial back any implied threats of bodily harm. Even in a joking manner, that's probably not appropriate.

(Locking in a tower and dropping into a hole: Still OK.)

Would someone please give him a new fascinator or hatinator and ensemble as a gift while he is over there?

I think this outfit is accumulating quite a lot of mileage....

It didn't take long for Trump to shoot off his mouth, this time criticizing Theresa May claiming that she is doing Brexit wrong:
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/12/world/europe/trump-brexit-theresa-may.html
And when President Obama said that the UK will be at the back of the queue after Brexit the same right wing media and their followers were incandescent with rage. The hypocrisy stinks like an elephant's sweaty balls.
Serves Mrs May right for acting like Trump's toe-rag and bending over and taking it.

Yep and they are so far into the cesspit it's over their heads and they can't see it. So continue to make the cesspit deeper.

If the "hotel" idea doesn't work out, give him infinite rides on The Eye and tell him it's a rocket ship in his Space Force, and that he's driving it, because he's the bestest big boy pilot we could find.

Yes, you go zoom zoom, Mr. President. You go zoom zoom.

"We look for things to make us go."-President Pakled

And, Tricky Dicky. I hadn't seen the Mike Dukakis in a tank in a long time, but having served in Korea he at least can drive one unironically.

The borrow the phrasing from most of those tweets ("I'm not a monarchist/royalist, but...").

I'm not a Trump supporter, but... In the grand scheme of Trump diplomatic faux pas, which could have conceivably included him macho hand-shaking the Queen's arm off or throwing his own feces at the Honor Guard, his jacket being unbuttoned and slightly showing his back to her is the big complaint? Yes, he's a dumbass who doesn't prepare for these things (or anything) and lacks class, but as long as he doesn't totally shit the bed, you've got to give him a Mulligan on the small stuff. Lower those expectations (I'm not sure how to lower mine any further). He's already embarrassed himself and the country enough with his behavior on this trip, and in everything else he's done, to have enough legit complaints to last a lifetime.

Also, the article says itself that Trump wasn't actually late getting there. He was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM and got there at 4:59. The issue would seem to be with whoever had the Queen sitting out there ten to fifteen minutes too early. They should have not had her come out until he arrived or was almost there.

Most people in the UK don't care a jot about the minor errors of protocol that Trump committed and I doubt the Queen cares either. She's had to meet far worse people on [real] state visits. She was more likely amused by his child-like demeanour. I imagine he reminded her of young Prince George.

Well the fact that he committed a few diplomatic faux paus is hardly surprising as he seems to have done that at previous international summits/meetings etc..

The question is how would Trump supporters react to visiting leaders to the US if they committed diplomatic faux paus would they give it a pass or would there would be a tweet storm about how they where disrespecting the US?
