Well, that's interesting! Just hazarding a guess, but is the "saucer section" face-wings (for wont of a better description) on either side of a D'Deridex/Valdore-style primary hull? Kind of like some Earth birds-of-paradise have? Looking forward to see some different views as always.

 

interesting ship, it does add to the feel that Romulans want to have things made with style.

 

A little bit Battlestar, a touch of FASA Nova class battleship, and all Atolm. A ship that gracefully but firmly says "Your planet's in my way, Move It!"

Looks like what Mandy from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy would have if she had her own Spaceship

 

The side profile reminds of a exotic bird.

 

Face Wings!!! I couldn't quickly find a picture of the bird-of-paradise with "face-wings" that I was thinking of, but there is a bird a lot closer to home with similar facial adornments: the great crested grebe.

I think the pincers, because looking at the nacelles, that's also the side where the bussardcollectors are.
