The problem with the other shows dealing with the PS world (post-snap) is that if indeed there is going to be a partial or complete reset then the stories in the shows would then be affected and that is not really something I think many people want.

Agents of SHIELD already had a season in the framework which (mostly) never happened and a season in an alternate future that (mostly) never happened. Us fans are used to it:lol:

That is indeed a plausibel theory.

I just saw the movie yesterday, what a great movie!
Everything with the Guardians where great, the their music and humor were good.
I only hoped that Steve Rogers had a bigger part.

And unbelievable that about a third of the people left before the extra scene, everybody should know better by now
Sometimes it's just a brief bit of humor that doesn't add anything meaningful to the story or give any clues about future developments.

@Ethros -- I think the theory has mostly to do with the fact that none of the Netflix Heroes seem to be in any way restricted by the Sokovia Accords. I don't think there's ever been any official word said on the matter.

The Netflix shows should be post-Civil War now (I think The Defenders was the first one set after it) but I doubt they'll make any references to the Sokovia Accords. That theory mostly came from the notion that each season generally took place at the time they were filmed, rather than when they were released.

Well, aside from Luke Cage's very public profile (beginning but not limited to the building falling on him), I don't think any of them would garner the attention of the US Defense Department. The other three have low profiles in their activities, although I suppose the events of The Defenders might have been a bit more public. It is odd that S.H.I.E.L.D. didn't track down Luke (during one of the times it was actually publicly active), but otherwise I don't see any irregularities regarding the Sokova Accords.

Where does the "the Netflix shows take place before Civil War" thing come from anyway out of interest?

In one episode of Luke Cage we see a video feed playback with a date on it, and the date is before when Civil War came out. Iron Fist happen not long after so it's in that timeframe too.

Jessica's profile is plenty public, too. Maybe no one's noticed Danny's powers yet and Matt's are certainly secret, but if the accords were already active both Luke and Jessica should automatically be in violation of them.

And a good part of the most recent season involved discussion of "The Raft" so that prison was public knowledge by then. Jessica herself was certainly under close watch by the police, so perhaps the accords make a differentiation based on power levels or public profiles. Jessica does not identify as a super hero for example.

Eh, she certainly acts like one all the time - CW and AoS (and now also IW) all seem to make it clear that that's definitely over the line for anyone who isn't working for the proper authorities. Luke does the same thing, too, even moreso, actually. The fact that they're repeatedly asked to stop by the police either indicates that the Sokovia accords are not available as a framework to prevent them from doing this, or else there must be someone failing to submit the right paperwork to have them arrested for violating the accords.

Maybe the Accords only pertain to super-vigilantes who cross international borders. If they're just operating in the U.S., then they're under the jurisdiction of Federal, state, and local governments, who may all be so gridlocked as to not have even come up with sufficient laws covering what they're doing.

When Thor is holding the iris open at Nidavellir, how do his clothes survive? What the F are they made of?

His clothes have been materialised onto him by Mjolnir before, so I assume it's not all that different to Tony or T'Challa's outfits in being constructed matter. But we've seen him stabbed, cut, bruised etc before so the star should have vapourised him entirely, even he's not that strong.

A naked or dead Thor doesn't work story wise though...

Same stuff Superman's clothes are made of to survive a Nuke and everything else that happens to him, presumably.

Like I said, Asgardian Vibranium. ;)
