Becky was smarter than her and look where she is. At least Darlene has a family.
I’m sure they will get back together eventually. They always do. I still think the way they handled David’s character was rather poor. I don’t see him as the sort of person to abandon his kids, no matter what difficulties he was having with Darlene.

Becky may have been smarter but she kind of threw her life away. Ran off and married marc and never went to college. With Becky I'm not surprised she ended up the way she did.

Sure he can change but I doubt he would ever abandon the kids. Leaving them with Darlene is just dangerous.
I work in the hotel business and when I do card checks I just check whether I can take a penny from it. That would be rather embarrassing if it was the same there.
I don’t remember Crystal having a job at the casino but I suppose we never knew much about her. Just that she married Dan’s Dad and had two kids with him. They would be fun characters to see one day. The Uncle and Aunt who are younger than the kids.

Thought tonight's episode was pretty good. Disappointed that Dan and Roseanne weren't able to stay at the hotel. Loved the back and forth between Darlene and Becky.

I loved this episode. I thought everything about Roseanne and Dan's anniversary was sweet, and of course, the ongoing rivalry between Darlene and Becky was superb as always.

I hope the pill addiction storyline continues to play out and isn't just ignored after this episode. The kind of situation Roseanne is in (in lots of pain, possibly unable to pay of the necessary surgery, all leading to pill addiction) is a real and serious problem in this country and it deserves for more discussion than the one scene we got at the end of this episode.

Roseanne has always been a serialised show so I wouldn’t worry.
Typical kids not paying the bill. I would have at least split it. That babysit line made me laugh.

I could totally relate to her having pain for a knee surgery you can't afford because that is how it is with my mom. Plus the idea of you having to work on it as well. Awhile back my mom could hardly walk because she fell and had to use a walker and it took long for the insurance to do anything yet she didn't have enough PEO's I think they are called to get out of work so she had to go work in a kitchen and bake even if she couldn't stand. Their answer to the problem was basically give her a chair to sit on while she baked.

As for Darlene not making and Becky as well I think that has to do with the message maybe that poverty is such a issue that even when people have the skills to do more they are not always to do it because of being poor. They also talked about how amazing it is that Crystal was able to retire with full benefits.

I liked the episode. Dan’s outburst was very similar to the one he had 30 years ago in “Dan’s Birthday Bash”. Except this time Darlene wasn’t there to witness it.

Looking forward to season 11. Hopefully they have a Halloween and Thanksgiving episode as they were the highlights. I also hope we get to see more of Becky #2. Chalke was a main character for 3 and a half seasons and I always felt she never did a lot in the show. I hope they fix that by fleshing out her new character.
We are going to find out more about Andy next season but I hope we get to know more about Jerry as well. He must have done alright if he’s left Langford. I also hope we get to see more of David as well, if possible. I know they’ve broken up but he was still a main character of the show, even if he wasn’t officially one.

Another great episode and a good note to end the abbreviated season on. I'm looking forward to the next season and hopefully they'll be able to focus on the grandchildren more.
