i doubt that Fox canceled an hour drama for a 30 minute sitcom. If Last Man Standing got anything canceled it was one of the Fox sitcoms.
Fox cancels The Exorcist
Might maybe not for the time slot but does free up the money.

Firefly absolutely! Crusade not so much. Horrible over-the-top acting (IMO), and was basically a Space Battleship Yamato/Star Blazers ripoff at many levels. This very thread is the reason why I refuse to watch anything new on TV. What’s wrong with these people?
Bring back Tru Calling, I want to know why the guy lit an extra candle. Then revive Point Pleasant, and Crusade, and Firefly, and...
I saw season 1 but never got into season 2...should I not bother? Also, Designated Survivor has been cancelled. Somewhat surprised but not shocked. The writing was terrible and it wanted to be two different types of shows that never meshed together.
Hulu passes on reviving Brooklyn Nine Nine
Canceled: NBC's Rise, ABC's Deception, The Crossing, Inhumans, Kevin Probably Saves The World, Ten Days in the Valley and Alex, Inc.
Well, bummer. I've been enjoying The Crossing.
I saw season 1 but never got into season 2...should I not bother?
It just came back two weeks ago; that would be a fast decision. If you like your comfort food episodic crime-fighting procedurals, CBS renewed every single one of them except Elementary (up in the air)...
They declined to renew that one all the way back in November, a combination of crap ratings and star Jeremy Piven being accused of sexual misconduct by numerous women....and Wisdom of the Crowd (axed).
I stopped watching this season. It seemed to have lost it's way.Sorry to see Designated Survivor go. I'm not blind to its flaws but it's got a lot of heart. Crap like Zoo gets three seasons and this show barely gets off the ground.
Seriously!?
What the #### survived?
Over on Twitter, the cast of Brooklyn Nine Nine and its producers are announcing that season six will be on NBC.
There’s a movie too! They can count on my coin at the turnstile.Hot damn! Six seasons and a movie!
