Spoilers DC's Legends of Tomorrow - Season 3

Although it was refreshing to see someone finally be nice to Gary, and for him to get a bit of a redemptive moment.

His faith in Beebo has been rewarded!

In a way this show basically is a D&D campaign that has a main quest, but you spend every week doing some silly sidequest that someone from this lovable party makes sure goes completely sideways and you end up having so much fun. :D

Only three episodes left, if it keeps being this great this might just be my favourite season of the Arrowverse.

Oh, and it's Doctor Ruddy-what's-her-face? now. ;)

What a great, awesome, epic, bizarre episode. They really packed a lot of stuff into this one hour episode and it was one of its best.

Possessed Sara is definitely a scary villain and I liked the whole atmosphere they set up on the ship with her taking them down one by one. It gave them all a chance to shine. Mick carrying the fire totem was great and the gag with Constantine lighting up his cigarette with it was brilliant.

Speaking of Constantine, great seeing him again. He was great fun and he's seemed to have adapted some of the even wackier personality traits of the other characters on this show. I enjoyed the look of his scenes too...they had kind of a video game quality to them (this isn't meant to be an insult or criticism).

I really liked the look at Sara's League past and I think this is the first time they actually showed her doing a kill.

Wally continues to be a strong addition to this show and they are utilizing him far better than they did on The Flash.

Great fun with Gary as well.

If I had one issue, it's the continuing aversion to having Nate using his powers. I get it, they are trying to save budget (just like when Firestorm wouldn't use their powers) but it's getting ridiculous how they seem to act like Nate doesn't have any powers at all. You're scared of Possessed Sara? Then USE YOUR POWERS TO AT LEAST GIVE YOURSELF A FIGHTING CHANCE! Seriously, there is no storyline justification for Nate to have been not powered up at all during last night's episode.

That criticism aside, loved this episode and I loved this show.

Yeah, that bugged me too. I didn't really understand why he didn't activate his powers before he confronted Sara, I could have seen if they maybe threw in a line about being afraid he'd hurt her more severely than he wanted to. I was also a bit surprised he didn't do much with the Earth totem, I expected it to somehow enhance his powers.
Possessed Sara was creepy.
Eva and Gary teaming up with Constantine was a lot of fun.
Gary comparing the Legends to his DnD party was hilarious.
I loved Mick getting the Fire Totem, it was a perfect to level up the character, as they say in video games. I wonder if he'll keep it if the show comes back after this season, or if he'll just back to his fire gun once they defeat Mallus?
I'm disappointed they broke Eva and Sara up, I really like them together.

The totem didn't react to him at all. He wasn't the chosen bearer for it. It was a red herring to delay the payoff that Mick was the one who'd be chosen.

A bit too on the nose, though, especially when it came to them being on a quest for six powerful objects. (Then again, given that we know Marvel movies exist on Earth-One, maybe he ripped that off from Infinity War?)

Probably a temporary setback that they'll work through in a week or two. Romantic couples in TV series always have to have contrived conflicts and crises. "The course of true love never did run smooth" and all that.

By the way, the Fire Totem, like the Earth and Air Totems, looks nothing like the one depicted in Vixen. Which, if you believe the critics of Star Trek: Discovery, must mean that Legends is in an alternate universe!!!

Do they? That is a bit odd, you'd think they would have tried to just make live actions versions of what we saw there.

Well, it's gone the other way too. The depiction of STAR Labs in Vixen season 1 looked nothing like the TV show's set, although Freedom Fighters: The Ray rendered it more accurately. It's just artistic license.

I meant, I don't think we've ever seen her do a kill as a member of the League of Assassins on these shows.

I guess that depends on how you're defining it. When she first showed up in Starling City on Arrow, she was AWOL from the League, but still considered a member, until Nyssa was eventually convinced to release her. She definitely did kill some people during that time (including a couple of League members sent to bring her back).

If you mean that we haven't seen her performing a hit that she was assigned to by the League, then you may be correct, although there may have been something in a flashback somewhere.

Matt Ryan is becoming a regular cast member as Constantine next season. Wow.

I have heard fans ask for this and expect it. But I never saw it happening. I never saw his personality and supernatural background fitting with this show. I am happy though. I have enjoyed his guest appearances on the CW. I really enjoy that an actor of a cancelled series can continue somewhere else in the same role.

EDIT Aragorn beat me, I type slow. ;)

I'm hoping they move the show in a more mystical direction next year. I'd love to see Dr. Fate and Zatanna join the team for an episode or two.

Does Wally not know how to stay in flashtime? It was weird when he just stopped to look around with a flashlight.

"Enter Flashtime" showed that it's pretty taxing for a speedster to stay at that speed for long. They can maintain it when they need to, but it takes its toll. And he probably figured that Sara wasn't a metahuman, so he didn't have to overexert himself.

Barry only figured it out a few episodes ago (during his trial), and Wally wasn't around to know about it. Jay didn't know he could do it as well, so we can assume that not all speedsters would know every trick possible that can be done with their powers.

If Constantine and Wally become new regulars does that mean the Elastic Man won't be regular next season as well? I heard they were bringing that character over from Flash.

No, we've frequently seen Barry move so fast that other people seemed frozen from his perspective. That's a basic speedster skill, which is why Jesse Quick and Jay Garrick were able to do it too. (And it was a standard "superspeed" gimmick long, long before The Flash -- see Star Trek: "Wink of an Eye," for example. Smallville did it all the time with Clark.) The one new trick Barry discovered at the trial was to bring a non-speedster into his accelerated frame by touching them. As we saw in "Enter Flashtime," Jesse and Jay couldn't do that. They could move as fast as each other and communicate in subjective real time, but only Barry could bring a non-speedster up to that speed, and only for a brief amount of time before overtaxing them.

It's the Elongated Man, and I haven't heard any such rumor.

Sara was concerned about hurting Ava because of her past but there's still some secret about Agent Sharpe that Rip wiped from Gideon's memory store.

I thought Wally was the character brought over from the Flash.

He is and I knew he was coming but I was under the understanding that the Elongated Man would also be a regular. Constantine is something I wasn't expecting to happen though I heard he might get a show on Netflix, Of course I also though John Barroman would also be a regular but now I think I might have been getting him confused with Neal McDonough.
