It was 80F degrees yesterday (in February!) but it's back to a more seasonal 56F today.

Yeah I meant days like 35, 36 and then it drops to 24 or something and the sudden change has made people feel a but unwell. I know for me it upsets my sleep a bit and I feel more run down.

Here in CT, USA, it's going to be 51(f) today. About 10 degrees above normal. It's been a pretty mild winter overall. Other than a foot of snow early last month and a 10 day stretch of brutal cold after the Christmas, not too bad at all. Nor'easter predicted for later this week but looks like mainly rain. I'll take it!

This was a couple of weeks ago. New snow has fallen and it looks pretty much exactly like this today.

Yesterday hit 45°F. The high was forecast to be 37°F.
