Which species has the best hearing? Evidence? Is it another species not listed?

Ferengi had better hearing than Vorta. Vorta can hear you from across a room, Ferengi can make out subtleties with ridiculous distortion.
I'll vote for the Soong-type Android.
I shoulda read before voting. You mean hearing. I voted based on sexy. 
Were the Romulans known for exceptional hearing? I can't recall any instances where that was referenced but I know they supposedly share a common ancestor w/ the well-hearing Vulcanians....
It's hard-to-tell. Of the three listed, they each have a point in their favor.
The Vulcans have often been portrayed as having exceptional hearing, possibly more than the rest (although their telepathic abilities may help them "cheat" the hearing test).
But, visually, the Ferengi with the largest ears, should have a biological leap above the rest in order to pick up sounds ih different frequencies and whatnot.
But, then, Vorta, despite having a smaller set than the Ferengi, are a genetically engineered species, and thus lack any evolutionary missteps and have had their ears perfected to pick up all that the Founders deem necessary. But they also have the telepathic cheat sheet.

Also known as Vulcans. They appeared in a few episodes of the original series and as recently as last Sunday's episode of Discovery. They're very popular.
I'd be surprised if any Star Trek fan doesn't know what a Vulcan is.
