Spoilers Well...we all know whom the Emperor will be.

It wouldn't surprise me if Georgiou winds up being Emperor, but I would not go so far as to say that we know that she will be.

A) It's possible we never find out who is Emperor.
B) It might be a homage to some past canon, like Sato.
C) It might be a mirror version of a different DSC character -- evil Culber, Lorca, etc.

Pretty sure it's likely going to be Georgiou. Mirror Lorca was said to have tried a coup and it failed. With something like that you're likely going to send your most trusted and best person to track down that type of traitor if you aren't going to do it yourself. Who would trust Mirror Michael to be sent on a mission like that? It was said or alluded to that she knows the Emperor as well.

It most likely is her but I am totally open to it not being her aswell. It could be someone related to Archer assuming he didn't die at the end of In a Mirror Darkly.

Also that is our Defiant the art direction has just gone with a whole re imagining route.

Phillipa Georgiou...That's good though, it makes sense concerning the story. Also, that's not our prime universe Defiant. It's a great show...I've been watching since the beginning back with Shatner/Kirk and think Discovery has been a lot of fun.

Nope. Cornwall.

The woman he tried to kill in the mirror universe is the woman he was in a relationship with in ours.

She would be the red queen in the palace.

We have Alice, the mad hatter, the jaberwok and the caterpillar that sat on a mushroom. In Alice's world the caterpillar sent Alice down the rabbit hole after the white rabbit (white rabbit = speed)
Take a look at a photo of a waterbear. It looks like a very short caterpillar. Ripper sat on a mushroom network and sent the Discovery down the rabbit hole in a quest for speed.

Probably going to be her, yes. Although I do like the prospect of it being an alien (which would explain the need to hide their appearance given how xenophobic the T.E. is).
