That's certainly true. It just would've been nice if he was more directly involved.Even one scene of Goldblum is better than none.
Fair enough, it is closer to The Lost World than its immediate sequel. However, I still think the reasoning is poor. Why do they need saving? More importantly, where are they going to move them? How is any of it practical? I guess those questions will be answered in the film, but I don't know. It just feels like an excuse for the setting up to be chased around the island.Plot-wise, I'd say it's actually closer to The Lost World but with the script flipped; now it's the dinosaurs that need saving instead of the humans. And given that (for the moment*) the only living dinosaurs on Earth are on that island, rescuing them from extinction a second time hardly seems flimsy.
Nah. He'll be saved by movie magic. Characters have survived from worse. Is it me, or did they give away a HUGE plot spoiler at 2:02? Because given what I know of that particular natural phenomenon, there is ZERO chance that character survives.
That looks stupid as fuck.
Oh yeah by the way we built the new Jurassic Park on a bloody island with a formerly dormant but now strangely active volcano.
Jesus.
