We all love Star Trek. However, there's always that scene (or maybe an entire episode or movie) that makes you wonder if they're testing your limits.
Perhaps it was Tom Paris going warp 10 and """evolving""" into a lizard? Or maybe it was Archer making the Freudian slip of "breast" instead of "best"? Either way, cast your vote!

For me, it was NuSpock's "Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan"

I get that they were swapping Kirk and Spock's roles and were paying homage to TWOK, but I remember seeing that for the first time in theatres and the awkwardness of the delivery just totally pulled me out of the movie.

I voted for.. more of these than I thought I would.

    A few more:

Picard mocking Q's Marine Corps uniform as a "costume" in Encounter at Farpoint. (F-you Jean Luc, my father wore that uniform too.)

Picard's superiority complex in The Neutral Zone.

    The Gazelle Speech.

    Neelix. Just..Neelix.

    The "skant".

The catsuits (both Seven and T'Pol. Crewmembers and professionals, yet dressed like they're in an 80s music video).

    Me too.

    That was badass!

I also liked "What does God need with a starship?" It's a valid question!

Most embarrassing....I'll have to go with either "Allamaraine" or "Plato's Stepchildren"

"What does God need with a starship?" is arguably the best line in STAR TREK V.

I voted for Spock's Brain, space hippies, Data & Joe Piscopo, Beverly & the space ghost, firmed up boobs, Quark's sex change, "Get this cheese to sickbay," VOY's Warp 10 salamanders, ENT's decontamination chamber, NuSpock's "KHAAAAAAAANNN!", the Beastie Boy beats (It was cute in the first movie, WAY played out by the third), and Plato's Stepchildren.

    I've got a lot to hate. ;)

I voted for Plato's Stepchildren, Data & Joe Piscopo, Code Of Honour, "Bonk bonk on the head", space hippies, the f-bomb in Discovery and Spock yelling "Khan".

Just personal preference, but all of these moments stand out as ones best forgotten!

Hands down it was Spock singing with space hippies. That was so dated and so out of character as to be cringeworthy. Many of the other's listed above may be a bit awkward but still plausably in-character..

Spock's rape joke in The Enemy Within.

T'Pol spending an episode in her underwear begging for sex.

Pretty much any decon chamber scene.

    Archer falling into T'Pol's breasts.

    The joystick in Insurrection.

The moment in Insurrection where the camera slowly pans across our heroes putting on tough expressions, gunfighter style. [I was watching with a relative, who had very politely sat there quietly to that point. That was the moment where he lost it]

The line in Insurrection, from memory, "Where were you on the day of lightning when the artificial lifeform appeared to us."

Just...Insurrection. It's not even my least-favourite Trek film, but geez it made me cringe the most.

Stuff like Fury and These Are the Voyages aren't so much embarrassing as infuriating.
