Briefly back to the Author-Author thing, perhaps it's just another way to develop a mailing list that they can solicit for more donations?
My first thought was a fulfillment slave but yea what's wrong with another database to milk for cash.

What do you want to bet the "new director" will introduce himself as "Peter Alecs" and will have a comically fake mustache and thick, Borat-like fake accent?

Whether or not this two-part schlockfest ever gets made.......eventually Cryssstal is going to have to get a real job as LFIM will run out of people to con at some point (and then where will he get his money?)

I wasn't aware anyone here had knowledge of the financial resources of either of them. Commenting on their personal lives outside of their Axanar activity doesn't seem like the healthiest place for this thread to go. I'm more interested in whether anyone else gets into the sights of this never-delivered product and hypocritical preying on uninformed fans.

Wow, I'm honestly shocked RMB actually left, I had been under the impression that he worshiped Alec and would be by his side pretty much until the end of time.

Mirror universe Peters: strangely similar to prime universe Peters...

Its called an identity equation.. true no matter what values are plugged in the variables on each side.

Something interesting is that starting from the same point the history also seems to fit the definition of an equation with no solution.. no matter what value is plugged in for the variable, you will ALWAYS get a contradiction.

So basically, Axanar has been telling a true SF story all along.

Correct me for this, as I have not followed all recent developments, but what exactly do Axanar supporters hope to see happen in the end?

They expect to see Alec ultimately vanquish the Legendary Black Beast of Aarrgh, even though the Holy Hand Grenade didn't solve their problems.

By the way, *that* was made for $400k.

Do you mean OWC because LFIM has nothing to do with Orville? I doubt OWC can be happy about the current situation.

I mean Fox. Alec as I thought I read is an admin of an Orville group. Fox PR staff for the program most likely keeps an eye on their public discussion venues I suspect.

Just read this over at AxaMonitor: "Axanar's co-writer, Bill Hunt, also announced his departure from the project, though Peters had kept Hunt's resignation from his donors since July."

Wait, what? Wasn't Alec claiming to be having meetings with his co-writer after that? The issue wouldn't just be "kept the info quiet" if that's true.

I thought Alec was Peters co-writer, haven't you noticed how one always finishes the other's sentence?
