Someone should report this to Kickstarter etc. a real terms of service violation.
They don't care.
I reported them to Kickstarter along time ago, and they have done absolutely nothing. You're only allowed to report them one time. I wish I could figure out how to contact CBS about the patches showing up on that site.

I know they say this is all been OKed by someone involved on the legal said of all of this, but it still seems pretty damn hinky to me.
I'm starting to think this whole shit show is never going to end, every time it seems like things are finally calm down something like this happens.
I think anybody who was owed a patch after donating to Axanar and never got it from them should get one of these for free.

That didn't come out right. I know they haven't gone it... my point is that AP and Axanar should have sent them to people way before now. It just ridiculous that hasn't happened.
I would guess a total failure would require an enemies list to keep a fan base energized.

Unfortunately this isn't that cut and dry. Crysstal has screenshots up on her profile and it's not good.
This is exactly why @carlosp has advocated for fair commentary and presentation of fact instead of namecalling and speculation. Often, unfortunately, in vain. Myself included.
Yes, but why post it online? Can't he just take care of business without broadcasting it to the world?
It was interesting that using the FB page to take a personal shot at someone and air personal dirty laundry didn't go over very well, even among some professed Axanar fans.
