I doubt she would. A sexy taboo relationship with an ex is tends to be more appealing when you're single than when you're in a happy, fulfilling relationship.

If one leaves the proverbial pork, it's rarely a good idea to go back for second helpings. One often finds it appealing solely because they think they can't find anyone else or are better off, or still are under some form of delusion that the one they left was the perfect being. Especially if that "perfect being" was the biggest pig anyone could find... :D But that's my ex and my personal demon and bias. YMMV.

Jadzia would stay with Worf.

Two reasons:

1. Lenara had closed that door and Jadzia would not have accepted the attempt to return to her life. She would be friendly, I'm sure but would not want to go into that emotional turmoil again.

2. Even DS9 wouldn't hint at an affair, which is what this likely would be perceived as. Sure, Julian and Quark both stated during Worf and Jadzia's marriage that they still felt for her, but that was all one sided. Julian and Quark talking about it and never to Jadzia. They played the triangle with Kira, O'Brien and Keiko once and just made a quick resolution to the awkwardness and the confused feelings and never spoke of it again. Lenara coming back into the picture would have to be a longer storyline which would never have happened and been way to Soap Opera for DS9.

You know now that you mention it, it is kind of odd that nobody cheated on their partner in Star Trek, ever. Not a very realistic view of people, though Star Trek has always been optimistic.

Dukat did, so much that I wonder how he had time to govern.
Other Cardassians did too, though in their minds maybe male soldiers with Bajoran women somehow wasn't cheating.

Enina, with Curzon.

In most of the Star Trek series, marriage was unusual for the main characters.
