Lorca is my favorite, but that doesn't mean I really like the character in the same way I would some of my favorites from other series. There just hasn't been enough time yet to really get into any of these characters.
From the list, I like (or find interesting) Lorca, Stamets, Mudd and Tyler. The rest are just not interesting to me. The "main character" Burnham is a mess of contradictions and is poorly written. Saru might be interesting if his outward appearance wasn't so insanely stupid and horrendous looking . Tilly is a mess, but has potential. The rest are all forgettable. I already miss Landry because of all these forgettable characters.
It's also far to early in the show to be getting much emotional attachment to any of the characters. That comes with time and more episodes. In recent memory, there are only two TV shows since (about 2000 or so) that I felt something strong about the characters right from the get-go, and that's Orphan Black and nuBSG. Characters on TV generally need time for development from the writers. The wonderful relationship between Kirk, Spock and McCoy wasn't developed immediately, but over the course of the first season.
It would be interesting to compare the feelings we have right now about the characters, with how we feel about them after the first season is over. It could probably be very much different.
