A fuller look at the Kate Mulgrew and Jeri Ryan fued from both sides

That's just you're opinion. And it is coming from someone who doesn't know what the possible fact it is that is being talked about.
I wanted to give a fuller overall look at the the feud between Kate and Jeri. I gave the possible facts as I knew them and tried to give them in some sort of order. Some people seem to class reactions to actions as solely actions.
I wanted to point out the correlation between Kate's previous hit show where she gave up a daughter, to her next hit show where an actor comes in and takes over the spot of a previous actor to whom Kate may have developed maternal feelings.
And yes I wanted to point out this possible fact which I only came across recently. Because if it is true and Kate knew of it then she may well have reacted to that. And that would be part of the fuller story.
You are the one bringing words into this like 'terrible secret', I've merely talked of a possible fact. And in spite of this possible fact, it should be reasonably easy from this thread to tell that I have warm feelings toward Jeri. This possible fact hasn't stopped that. Perhaps it's dampened them a bit.

Clearly you haven't thought this through or you are just enjoying attacking me, or both. This keeps it away from google. Only people who have joined this site can ask to get PM'd. And so presumably people who don't know anymore about Jeri than: "Is that the person who used to be in that catsuit?" will not get something for some of them to gossip or be cutting about from this site, at least for now hopefully.

Well after defending myself from Longinus, onto something else. How do you PM here. Is using it using Conversations?
You click on a person's screen name and it shows you their information. You then hit "Start a conversation" if you wish to PM them.
I am curious about this alleged fact of Jeri Ryan as I'm sure a lot of people here are.
I presume, I mean I am 99% sure it would but after a person has made the effort to write a long conversation and send it, it stays there after logging off, available for the writer to send it to someone else does it? So it doesn't need to be written again if a person wants to send it to someone else.
If it is something innocuous, then this silly secrecy is unnecessary. By it you've probably made people assume something far worse than whatever it actually is.
Mulgrew was probably feeling a little insecure when Seven came aboard. It's understandable. Mulgrew always received a lot of press and attention. When Seven came aboard, Jeri Ryan was in the spotlight. or Mulgrew and Ryan would have to do interviews and photoshoots together.
Kate made a couple of wonderful appearances on the Tom Snyder show during the first few years of Voyager. I would highly recommend. In the appearance just before season 4 started, she talks about feeling like a wreck from quitting smoking. She says she went to start seeing a physical trainer for the weight gain.
Whatever the feud was, I'm sure everyone became acclimated by the time filming that season was over. She has been praised by her costars many times for being an inspiration, the hardest worker, very kind, etc.
I can't imagine the pressures of showbusiness. I believe Michael Dorn has said he also felt a little unwelcome when he joined DS9. I think he was higher paid than anyone else, and the cast probably felt put off by having a TNG regular come in to "rescue" ratings.
Fans probably make a much bigger thing out of this than it actually was, which was probably your run-of-the-mill workplace conflict, which aren't overt conflicts, but things that bubble beneath the surface.
Edit: Jeri Ryan didn't personally "take over" from Lien. She was hired after Lien was let go. Since we don't know the circumstances of Lien's departure(which from what we can tell, appears to have been quite amicable), that would make it difficult to speculate on K.M's reaction to it.

So this is something that may be difficult to accept but it seems to indeed be happening in large numbers among actors, singers and some other groups.
