Among the handful of gadgets that Rasmussen steals from the crew, is GEORDI'S VISOR! I'm going to assume he has more than one, but STILL, how the hell did he just walk off with one of those?
Does anyone recognize all these items? I see the VISOR, Worf's d'k tahg (Which would be a pretty stupid invention) a near the VISOR. Oddly enough, the neural stimulator that Crusher gives him isn't there
Watched Transfigurations in HD for the first time yesterday, and notice the extent of John Doe's injuries as I never did on DVD. His cheek's totally ripped off and you can see his teeth through the hole in the side of his face. Pretty gross for a prime time TV show.
Now, now. Some people aren't into esthetic detail.Okay, you were oblivious. It was kinda hard to miss.
...or Christopher Lloydstill think Raz should've been played by Tim Curry... lol..
oh.. the medical & engineering stuff was exactly the right stuff to take, especially the visor. I just have to wonder how anybody let that slip by so badlyits conceivable and certainly smart to steal such items... there was a theft in Toronto at a hospital not too long ago.. was similar in nature (small items that are known in the medical field) apparently worth a mil and some and easy enough to fit in a backpack.. sure is smarter than those fools in Starship Mine who tried to walk off with trilithium resin.. they didn't get too far with that one
How do you know it belongs to Worf?Plus it's such a personal item, that you'd know Worf wasn't going to let that slide. lol
Just playing the odds lol. Who else would be keeping something like that around to be notice by Rassmussen? Maybe Riker? but I doubt it.How do you know it belongs to Worf?![]()
Nepotism. Riker calls Mott the best barber in Starfleet. That must have some perks. There's a 3rd Bolian barber in the salon background of The Host too
There's a Star Trek Audio Drama set on the U.S.S. Excelsior (24th Century) That has a Bolian captain. Haven't done anything solely about his Bolian-ness as of yet, beyond some off-hand comments. Those are kind of neat though, like he has a heightened sense of smell lol... http://starshipexcelsior.com/(Serious aside: I really want some future Trek series to pick-up and build out the Bolians. They're already established as polygamous, you can do so much with that now that wouldn't have been allowed on the air back then)
There's a blue, bald guy on the bridge of the USS Shenzhou in Star Trek Discovery. Not sure if he's meant to be Bolian, but it's possible.(Serious aside: I really want some future Trek series to pick-up and build out the Bolians. They're already established as polygamous, you can do so much with that now that wouldn't have been allowed on the air back then)
Somebody stuttered.
BTW, anyone else think that Oliana Mirren looks rather like a younger Deanna Troi? http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Oliana_Mirren
Little bit, maybe.
Starship Mine was stupidly done. It has a lot of potential. But c'mon... Picard knows the ship like nobody's business and he doesn't take himself out of plain view getting caught TWICE? Two people sneaked up on him so easily. Also, the thief team could have easily deployed sensors to detect biological presence... just in case of an intruder. Then Picard wouldn't have been able to get aboard so easily.I Still think Raz should've been played by Tim Curry... lol..
