Halfway to their (conservative) 2020 goal.

But remember, folks, if you listen to the naysayers, CBSAA is a failure!

 (just for good measure :D)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but DSC will be shown on cable TV channels in Canada, amirite? So why would CBS-AA be important to Canadian DSC fans?

One would assume that once All Access is available in a territory, the distribution deal will change.

Guess I'll enjoy Discovery while I can, there is no chance in hell I'm paying for a streaming service that has ads.

It's not just on cable tv. CTV is airing it first and then Space gets to run it a few days later.

ugh, I hope Bell gets to keep the licence to air it on TV, I don't want to pay for yet another service.

CBS isn't going to expand to canada and not have discovery on it. So I'd expect the Bell deal is a 1 year thing.

Hopefully it gets put on Netflix after the season is over. That's the only way I'll be able to see it.

Does Canada have access to the rest of the Star Trek series via streaming? If not then CBSAA expanding would allow access to the rest of the Trek TV catalog to watch whenever they wish since all the episodes are on the service. I would think beyond Discovery that would be a big deal for Trek fans.

They're all on both Netflix and CraveTV.
