They are in there, just not on that image as that is more a movement /materiel chart. That are on the other images, but putting them in that one would have blocked the knees

This is how it comes off. I mean Page is well known, he would have no reason to lie about it and as our poll here shows, the make up is not as hated as some people want it to be. We still have folks upset over TMP changes to Klingons, so eh whatever.

I think they may shave, however with the new idea of anatomy, they may not grow it at all. Or some ethnic groups may not grow it , while others do. I really, do not mind the lack of hair anymore, at first it bugged me a bit, but really they still look klingon and as a man with a shaved head, eh whatever on hair.

It's much more likely CBS is just throwing him under the buss to deflect the blame for the horribleness away from the people currently making the show.

Les Moonves, Chairman and CEO of the CBS Corporation, is sooooo embarrassed that the Klingons are bald that he has decided to order a well-regarded make-up designer to blame on the well-regarded prior showrunner. He's terrified that if he doesn't, the Board of Directors will oust him for plummeting stock prices!

Everything must be blue! Really, though I kinda dig we are getting a wider range of skin tones. In humans you can actually get a purple like skin tone. Not this color, but it does not look real either.
