USS TSUNAMI (Delta-MKIV Class)

The delta class was such a workhorse for Starfleet it would be crazy to think they wouldn't have later versions of it, This is the MK-IV (Or Mark 4) class! Short range multi purpose vessel!

Cool design. Nice and simple. But just how big is it? I count seven rows of windows, plus the bridge bubble, and there's enough spacing between rows 3 & 4 and 5 & 6, it appears to be ten decks thick. Yes?

I don't see any weapon ports, no phaser bumps or photon tubes. How well is it armed? How many crewmen does it need?

Overall, I'm digging the design.

It's a multi purpose vessel, so it can be equipped with weapons, this configuration is Transport/Currier. It has a crew of 100 capacity of 300 including crew. The Enterprise carried over 400 crew and was only a tad larger that this ship. She has a huge cargo capacity, plus industrial manufacturing facilities.

That's looking damned good! I really like that! I wonder what your take would be on a 24th or even 25th century version of the Delta.
