Well, since I was told I should keep it TOS on this part of the forum, the actor only acted in TOS.

I think it was Richard Compton who played Washburn in "The Doomsday Machine" who directed TNG's "Haven."

I also believe your 3-number stardate from upstream came from the animated Star Trek's "Time Trap."
