I liked it 6.5 out of 10 for me.
It's got flaws. What movie made today or in the past doesn't have them. No movie is perfect (except maybe the Godfather lol) and what you or I might like someone else is going to hate with a passion, and shit on your day for liking it.
Having said that I liked the movie. What Chris Pratt's character did was douchy but then given that situation what would you have done? Can you really say you wouldn't have done or considered something similar? Aurora's reaction to me is perfectly understandable.
There's a bunch of flaws with the ship such as its terrible design, and lack of protocols like say waking the crew in an emergency. Looks like they had some kind of emergency here don't ya think? Anyway still enjoyed the movie. I do know that the movies original idea for an ending was a lot darker and had to do with I think dumping the hibernation pods. But movies seldom have dark endings and Hollywood is too scared to do that kind of thing. That is where books excel in my opinion.
And with that that's all I have to say.
